The following exception can be thrown when attempting to open the “Connect To Radar” window in StatsAnalyzer: Connect To Radar Exception

This issue is related to the Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) service that has stopped working. In order to resolve the issues, do the following:

    1. Using the Windows Search Bar, type “Powershell”
    2. While holding shift, right-click the “Windows PowerShell” program
    3. Click on “Run as administrator”
    4. Enter the following in the command prompt: winmgmt /resetrepository
    5. Once command is finished, reset the computer.
    6. Repeat steps 1-3.
    7. Enter the following in the command prompt: winmgmt /verifyrepository

If everything went well, you should see no error message(s) and you should receive a “WMI repository is consistent message. If there hasn’t been any problems up to this point, try running StatsAnalyzer again and let me know if that works.

If you do come across the following issue after getting a “WMI Repository is consistent” message in StatsAnalyzer: “The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.”
You can resolve it by doing the following:
    1. Using Windows Search Bar, type the following “Services”

    2. Run the “Services” app.
    3. In this new window, sort by Name and search for the following: “Windows Management Instrumentation”

    4. Verify that the status is “Running”
    5. If status is disabled, do the following:
      1. Right-click on the item and select “Properties”
      2. In the Properties window, click down on the arrow for “Startup Type” and select “Automatic”
      3. Click Apply
      4. Click OK
